Samsung Galaxy has many functions which are appreciable. One of them is LED Indicator. The LED Indicator is responsible for notifying the user about something happens in the smartphone. What is LED Indicator?
The LED Indicator Job is to notify the user about something that happens on the phone. For example, if you’re charging your phone the RED Indicator will light up if the screen is off. But it will work if you have enabled the function from the setting.

How To Enable & Disable LED Indicator?
First, go to your phone setting. Go to My Device Tab (I have Galaxy S4) may be you might have any different smartphone. Now, go down & you’ll see LED Indicator setting, open it and you’ll see more options. (Look at the Image)
If you want to enable each function then just check mark each option.
Now, let’s discuss what these options are:
If you have enabled this option then the Red LED will light up if you charge your device when the screen is off.
If you have enabled Low Battery option then the RED LED will blink when your smartphone battery is low & the screen is off.
The Blue Led will blink when your device is off & you have missed calls, Messages or App notifications etc.
The Blue LED will blink when you record your voice while the screen is off.
